1. General Terms

• These terms apply to all users of our services, including mobile massage, in-studio sessions, and corporate wellness events.

• By booking with MassageFit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a legal guardian.

2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments must be booked online through our website or our booking partners (e.g., PocketSuite).

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Corporate events and large-group bookings may require a deposit or signed agreement.

• Prices are subject to change but will be honored at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

• For corporate events, different cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to service.

• MassageFit reserves the right to decline service if a client is unwell, under the influence, or poses a health risk to staff.

• All therapists are licensed professionals who adhere to Texas state regulations and MassageFit standards of conduct.

5. Mobile Services

• Clients booking mobile massage sessions must ensure a clean, safe, and private space for service delivery.

• Therapists may cancel or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Liability

• MassageFit is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or complications arising during or after massage therapy sessions.

• Clients agree to receive massage therapy at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a physician if uncertain about treatment suitability.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including logos, text, images, and video, is the property of MassageFit and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

• Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

MassageFit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
