Our floor Thai massage is performed on traditional mats out on the gym floor, combining stretching and deep tissue techniques for a full-body experience. For a more peaceful setting, our table Thai massage takes place on a heated table in a quiet massage room, enhancing relaxation. Both options are designed to improve flexibility, relieve tension, and support recovery.
